How long does shipping take?  

  • USA Orders: Order processing typically takes 2-7 business days after the order is placed. Delivery takes about 2-4 weeks after items ship. Please order the size according to this processing & shipping time.
  • 3 day shipping...USA Only!  Order processing typically takes 2-7 days after the order is placed. Delivery takes 3 business days after items ship. 3 day shipping is notated on specific products only. Please check the product page to see if it’s available for your purchase. 
  • Holiday shipping may take longer due to the high volume of orders.  This includes all national and international holidays. 
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekend. 
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays by the carriers. Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control that can delay your order.
  • We are not responsible for items that are not delivered correctly due to errors by the Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for items that are lost or missing.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are delivered and are missing or stolen.
  • All shipping times are business days and do not include weekends.
  • International orders:  Order processing typically takes 2-7 days after the order is placed. Items will deliver in 6-8 weeks.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.  

What are your shipping fees?

  • US orders:  Flat rate shipping is only $5.99!
  • International orders: Standard flat rate shipping is determined at checkout by order amount. International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.

Shipping address:

  • Please make sure that the address for shipping that you provide is correct.  Iza Marie Bella is not responsible for items that don't arrive due to the incorrect address being used at purchase.

How many coupon codes can I use?

  • 1 coupon code per order.  Enter the coupon code at CHECKOUT by clicking on the drop down arrow next to SHOW ORDER SUMMARY at the top of the page(next to the order total).

 Where are your products from? 

  • Our current suppliers are located in the United States and a few are overseas.  We ship items from our distributor in the US by 3 day business mail and all others directly from our manufacturers overseas to save our customers an additional shipping & packaging cost.
  • Iza Bella Headbands are handmade and ship directly from the USA.
How can I track my order?  
  • Directly on our site.  The link is in the footer.  Not all orders will have the tracking info available.  Sometimes tracking is unavailable, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

What is your return policy?

  • Please see returns & refunds page for specific details.

I didn't get all of my items.

  • Items will ship separately for no additional cost.   
Is my personal information secure?
  • At Iza Marie Bella, we keep to the highest industry standards for payment & processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.  

What are the washing instructions?

  • Most of our items can be machine washed in a light cold cycle.  We find they wash best when turned inside out first for both washer & dryer cycle. Certain items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry.  Also, knitted items should be hand washed as well.
